Account Manager

1-3 Years Experience,

Full Time - Singapore

We’re hiring an Account Manager based in Singapore who will be a key contact point for our business partners in APAC region. Our advertising agency provides a variety of online advertising services. The Account Manager will be responsible for helping to build long-term relationships with the advertisers, anticipating their needs and working with the team to coordinate efforts to meet those needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing and/or advertising agency field

A deep understanding of online advertising products and industry

Excellent communication skills in English

Fluency in Chinese

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Main Responsibilities:

Serving as a liaison with customers resolving daily concerns and facilitating communication

Understanding customer marketing needs and ensuring the needs are met

Expanding relationship with customer accounts of all sizes

Planning and leading meetings/Skype calls with customers

Reporting on business processes and activities

Business Development Manager

1-3 Years Experience,

Full Time - Singapore

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our operations in APAC. Our advertising agency provides a variety of online advertising services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing relationships with local advertisers who are looking for user acquisition, lead generation or brand awareness.

Requirements:

You have a minimum of 2 years in a Sales/BD role, preferably in the digital marketing field

You understand how online advertising works and you’re familiar with affiliate marketing terminology

You know corporate sales activities

You’re able to take direction and work independently

Strong oral and writing English skills required

Fluency in Chinese is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

Connecting with new prospects on a daily basis

Getting in contact with decision makers from the customer side

Understanding customer marketing needs and ensuring the needs are met

Preparing and delivering business proposals

Negotiating contracts
