Account Manager

We’re hiring an Account Manager based in Singapore who will be a key contact point for our business partners in APAC region. Our advertising agency provides a variety of online advertising services. The Account Manager will be responsible for helping to build long-term relationships with the advertisers, anticipating their needs and working with the team to coordinate efforts to meet those needs.

-2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing and/or advertising agency field

-A deep understanding of online advertising products and industry

-Excellent communication skills in English

-Fluency in Chinese

-Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Serving as a liaison with customers resolving daily concerns and facilitating communication

-Understanding customer marketing needs and ensuring the needs are met

-Expanding relationship with customer accounts of all sizes

-Planning and leading meetings/Skype calls with customers

-Reporting on business processes and activities
